Sung Tong (2008) - 431 Episodes

Sung Tong was born on the earth as a shell. When he was 5 years he was apart from his parents and grew up in the giant world. When he grows up to be a young man he wanted to go look for he's birth mother. He took the magic shoes, magic stick, and the black head from his mother giant and went to the human world. When he was in the human world, there was a king who forced his 7 daughters to get marry. The 6 older daughters all chose a husband except the youngest daughter; Rachana, who was waiting for her destiny lover. She then meets Sung Tong but as a black retarded person. With the god's help the youngest daughter saw through to Sung Tong's true self and pick him as her husband. He stays black and retarded for a while to test her feelings and her family. Later she finds out the truth about him but her family; sisters, brother-in-law's, and parents, did not. Therefore, they were so embarrassed because of him because they felt that he was a shame to the family and too ugly for a beautiful princess that they wanted to kill Sung Tong.

Long summary of Sung Tong's childhood:
There's a king, who wanted a son to become the next heir to the throne. So the Big Queen, his 1st wife, gave birth to a boy in a shell. The fortune teller told the king that it's bad luck of giving a birth to a shell and not human. So he had to send the Big Queen and her son, (the shell), out of the palace and the village. But the Younger Queen, his 2nd wife, sent people to kill them but unfortunately they did not have the heart to do it.

The Younger Queen too was pregnant and was hoping to give birth to a son but happened to give birth to a daughter and disappointed the king for not giving birth to a son. So the Big Queen and the her son (the shell) went to live with an aunt and uncle up until the shell became 5 years old. He then comes out as human of the shell to cook, clean, etc for his mother and the two old couple.

Later his mother finds out that he is a human, she was so happy and did not want him to return to the shell anymore that she broke his little shell. The Younger Queen found out that they were still alive that she sent the same soldiers to kill the Big Queen's son. Whatever the soldiers did he won't die because he was being protected by gods at all time. So he was taking to the palace as a hostage instead. Sung Tong's mom's then find out that he's in the palace and went to save him by changing her appearances. But the Younger Queen found out and the Big Queen then had to leave without finding her son.

Sung Tong then was throw in the water and was saved by a dragon under the water. The dragon felt pity for him that he maked Sung Tong his son and the dragon's real son didn't like him very much that he tried to kill Sung Tong but Sung Tong was saved by the dragon again. So the dragon decides to take him to the queen of the giant to have as a child since the giant's husband have died long time ago. When he met them they disguised them self as human so that he wouldn't know that they are giants.

Later on as Sung Tong's starts to know and dreams of giants. He wanted to go looks for this mom and run away since the servants of giants doesn't like him too. But he couldn't and was kidnapped but was saved by his giant mother. Sung Tong's mother giant taught him magic and a lot of things. But when he grew up he had another dream about giants and the souls of humans that was eaten by the giants that was unable to pass on to their new life. Due to this dream of his, he started to ponder about the people he lived with and explored to find evidence about his thoughts.

Will he ever finds his parents again? Will the Young Queen and the evil people helping her catch him and kill him? How long will him and the princess be able to stay together? Will everyone find out Sung Tong's true self? Watch this show to find out!
